Promotion of Access to Information Act Manual

Prepared in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA)

1. Introduction

This manual has been prepared in accordance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (“PAIA”) and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”).

The purpose of this manual is to provide information regarding the records held by Fractional FM (Pty) Ltd and the procedures to be followed when requesting access to such records.

9. Requesting Access to Records

Fractional FM will consider each request in accordance with PAIA and applicable legislation.

10. Grounds for Refusal
