Anel helps owners turn strategy into action through leadership, accountability and structured implementation. An enterprise development specialist and certified business coach with over a decade of experience training, mentoring and strengthening businesses across corporate, community and academic programmes, she evaluates business models, costing, go-to-market strategy and operational feasibility — providing structured, practical feedback that sharpens commercial logic and real-world execution.
Certified through SA Business Coaches, she has designed and delivered start-up and enterprise-development curricula for major retail, forestry and pharmaceutical groups, and has developed and guest-lectured a social entrepreneurship module at the University of Johannesburg since 2021. She holds a B.Phil Honours in Marketing (IMM Graduate School of Marketing) and a B.Com in Communication Management (University of Pretoria).
